The Role

We're seeking an Account Executive for our Path-to-Pro Plan, a $360/month or $4,320/year solution designed for ambitious creators, entrepreneurs, and brands growing into $1M brands. Unlike our other plans, Path-to-Pro offers additional marketing and coaching services to support our highest potential Hosts (what we call our customers) level up to deliver their courses and community on their own branded apps via Mighty Pro.

Given the price point, it’s important that this AE loves a high velocity sales dynamic.

You’re the most energized managing a large group of leads, executing scalable solutions to reach people with the most relevant experiences in a fast moving environment, and, most importantly, building the systems that can close a prospect in a single, short call.

What You'll Do

  • Own a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads, guiding prospects through a Path-to-Pro sales system you’ll have a ton of autonomy in adapting and scaling to your strengths.
  • Help creators, entrepreneurs, and brands with under $250K/year in revenue understand how Path-to-Pro is different from any other plan and will help them reach their next goal.
  • Collaborate with our Mighty Pro sales team, product leaders, and customer success advocates to not just onboard new Path-to-Pro Hosts, but ensure they thrive.
  • Track, measure, and optimize your sales systems to level up the volume of Path-to-Pro sales.
  • Incorporate all relevant new technologies to scale your efficiency and effectiveness.

What Success Looks Like

  • Convert leads into happy, successful Path-to-Pro Hosts in higher volumes every month.
  • Build a reputation as a trusted advisor who understands both the technical and business aspects of delivering people magic, Mighty’s unique brand of community and network building.
  • Maintain an organized, well-documented pipeline that drives predictable revenue.
  • Contribute insights that help improve our Path-to-Pro and Mighty Pro sales and product offering.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high velocity sales environment.
  • Love the game of business, especially creator business, and can quickly help a prospect see the power of choosing a Mighty Network, specifically Path-to-Pro, to build their business.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Plus, you don’t drop balls.
  • Genuine interest in the future of digital commerce—courses, communities, memberships, challenges, events, and more in an era of AI.
